Our Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
Once payment is received, most items ship by USPS within three to five working business days. (Exceptions on custom or imported items.)
A tracking number will be provided.
For international sales, unless you specify otherwise, items are shipped First Class International mail.
We are not responsible for items that get lost on deliveries unless the items have been insured.
Insurance is available for an additional fee.
All damaged packages over $50 will require you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

All psychic readings and consultations are intended to offer an insight into a person’s personal life and meant for entertainment purpose only. These readings do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. By engaging in a reading, you understand that psychics do not diagnose illnesses, including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death. We will not be liable for the death or personal injury resulting from the negligence on our behalf, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. We or anyone involved with the provision of these services shall not be liable for any damages arising from the inability to use the services or from errors caused by negligence or otherwise. We are not liable for delays in providing information or carrying out our obligations due to factors beyond our control. When you sign up for any reading, you agree that you are using the service at your own risk.
Readings are not refundable if you miss your appointment or don’t answer when called. There is a 15 minute grace period after first missed call. Cancellations must be done 3 hours prior to reading to receive a refund. No refunds will be given after the reading has started.
When a reading is booked we have 72 hours to complete your reading. If we miss the appointment due to emergency we will try to complete the reading within 72 hours. Please allow a 30 minute grace period from the time of the scheduled reading time.
There is no refund at all for Spiritual services, custom products and custom services.

Our Return Policy
How It Works
Our products all work off of energy and vibration. For this reason we are not able to accept returns. If your product was damaged due to incorrect packaging or you received the wrong item please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
